Re: Hi there - please introduce yourself!
Mon, July 4, 2005 - 9:34 PMHello Simon and friends!
I am B.J., and even though I might look like a harmless musician type, I majored in Advertising copywriting with a minor in marketing at the West Virginia University School of Journalism.
I found that my training and previous career experience in advertising and P.R. have caused a curious side-effect in one of my personal interests. I am absolutely UNABLE to write a negative music review on any band that write about! Mostly I just choose NOT to write reviews about the bands I don't like, but there have been some exceptions where I just accentuate the positive, like they taught us to at WVU!

Thu, August 25, 2005 - 10:51 AMHello, my name is Sara and my story is a little different. I started my own dog walking business 2 years ago, the first year was dabbling with the idea and creating client forms, learning tax laws, bla bla. they I registered as Sara's Puppy Patrol, LLC and began actually doing it! I did it for a year and then I met this woman who owns a Doggy Day care and I started working for her thinking I would take it over and buy it. Things have since changed and I will be moving to California in January of 2006. What I would like to know is the best ways to get my name out there and get clients right away in Cali so I don't have to get a part time job like I did before.
Thanks!
Sara

Fri, September 30, 2005 - 10:23 AMMy name is Lance. I am starting a new venture in the outdoor furniture business. We are developing wood outdoor furniture with an island feel so people can create tropical retreats in their backyards. We just launched and doing very well. We are developing more products every week so keep watching or join our mailing list.
I would like more ideas on how to get people to my site. Also, trying to research international opportunites as well. Any ideas? We are using ebay at the present and it is doing very well for us.

Re: Hi there - please introduce yourself!
Fri, September 30, 2005 - 12:18 PMHi Lance!
Welcome to the group...
I have taken a peek at your website (nice furniture BTW) and have a couple of questions and suggestions for you.
1/. Do you sell locally, Nationally and/or abroad?
2/. Do you employ a sales team to help you sell your products?
3/. If the answer to the above questions is NO would you like to?
***************************************************
If you would like me to set up an internet based 'sales team' for you then I would be pleased to do so.
To see how this operates go here: agentsignup.pcagb.com
This particular initiative is based on catering, howevr, the format can be adapted for ANY product or service.
All you would need to do is agree a 'commission fee' on each piece of furniture etc that agents would work towards selling for you.
In an instant we can put hundreds of people to work on not only selling YOUR products but helping to create awareness on what you do!
Let me know what you think - you can email me at: marketing@pcagb.com
Cheers,
Simon. -

My name is Seth Dowling and I'm the event developer and promoter for the North Nevada Rally.
I'd like to move to LA in the immediate future, and I'm looking to network with some folks in that area for job leads... But also, I'm here to find a group of people I can share experiences with.
